 "Spring forward, Fall back" reminds us how Daylight Saving Time affects all our time-telling devices, including computers, alarm clocks, cell phones, microwaves, car clocks, and the numerous watches we may own.
Daylight saving time (DST) begins each year on the second Sunday in March at 2 a.m. And that is Sunday, March 12th.

We all remember the phrase "Spring forward, Fall back," which reminds us how Daylight Saving Time affects all our time-telling devices, including computers, clocks, Smart Phones, microwaves, car clocks, and numerous watches and timepieces we may own. Most of our gadgets update automatically.
But...there are still a few devices that need our help manually.

Most of our essential clocks and devices change by themselves.
 We all remember the phrase "Spring forward, Fall back," which reminds us how Daylight Saving Time affects all our time telling devices.
Some still have to change physically, like our wall clocks,  watches, older car clocks, and a few other things we might miss for a few weeks.

It is a good idea to remind Sunday appointments of the time change.
