What most agents call buyers, I refer to as future sellers! Whenever the opportunity arises and I help with the purchase of a property, I want to make sure that the home is one I would be proud to represent as a listing agent.
This makes me look at houses in a different way. When touring a home with a buyer ...I have questions... the same ones as when taking a listing. What does this house need? What will it cost for updating? How would I market it? How is it priced? Location? Schools? Is the value there? What if I had to resell it (10 comments)

Most of the answers were...it's the buyer's decision...not up to me, I would never suggest a client to withdraw.
My answer: ""When working with a buyer, I suggest before the offer and after the inspection. Buyers are seeking our professional advice...are we afraid to give it?"...then I noticed the question was related to mold and added this. "But...I also find that some investors love "mold!''
