The first question about a listed home is almost always: How many bedrooms and how many baths? The bath numbers don't change but think about the other rooms. How many rooms do you need that have to have a bed? Should you say the house has five or six bedrooms, you may get a response...oh, that house is too big! Time for more questions. How many will live in the house? How many rooms do you need? How many rooms are needed for sleeping?

Many people in Baltimore are trying to decide whether to sell their home but are not ready to go to a 55 plus community, move to a condo, or some other adult living type. Baltimore has a minimal supply of properties and very few choices! We have a new listing at 7906 Stevenson Rd 21208, and this one could be that forever home! There are four bedrooms, three and a half baths. Two owner suites with full baths are on the first floor with no steps. There is a den/office/yoga room that could easily be a fifth bedroom also on the first floor.
