This morning there was a question by Frank Rubi asking if we checked out a site for free coaching.
Why would someone offer to coach for free?
This bright REALTOR ®, in his thirties, may just be the next coaching guru.
By offering his coaching for free, he gets in front of plenty of agents who need help. By answering questions in front of a camera, he continues to learn and develop skills.
A different way of marketing but he may be on to something.

Thinking there must be a way to do that with my new iPad, after all, there is an App for everything. Here's what I found... an App called "Zoodle Pad." It was a lively discussion on Saturday morning when Jennifer Allan hosted a teleseminar on Alternative Business Modelswith Nishika Jones, Mollie Wasserman, and me.
First up was Nishika who spoke from the perspective of a young mother. She aims for volume, working in HUD homes and using Facebook, Craig's list, and her SOI (sphere of influence) to get more leads, working a referral business, and generating income by doing more deals.

You remember what I just said about luck? Well Friday the 13th was another lucky day – and I got to spend time with a good friend. The dynamo from Arizona, Joeann Fossland, was in Baltimore for a school reunion. When I found out she was coming to town, I said "You have to come speak at my Coldwell Banker office!"
Now Joeann could talk about dozens of topics, but this time it was the NAR's online e-PRO certification program aimed at helping Realtors raise their level of technology understanding and use. I took the program and got the e-PRO designation … (5 comments)
