gps does not always work: AI Is Here To Stay.

No question that AI is here to stay, and there is more to embrace. And we've been using it for a long time without giving it a name. It is a blessing. It is a curse. It depends on who and how it's being used. Many years ago, I was enamored and thrilled by the GPS in my car. What a sense of security knowing that setting a destination for a new listing would take you right to the property unless you got that message saying there were unmarked roads. With a showing on my gorgeous property at 1560 Blue Mount Road 21111 in Monkton, I had a call from the showing agent that her GPS would not take the address. No problem...I would read her the directions from mine. But then ( after having my car in the shop this past week) I realized that my GPS had been cleared of all prior addresses.
I pulled off the road and programed 1560 Blue Mount into my GPS. At the same time using Google Maps, I got the directions, took a screen shot and messaged them to the buyer's agent. Easy peasy.
