The year was 1952. Martin, who had hoped to be an architect, was now in the family business practicing law. Scraping together $350 to buy a parcel of land way out in Baltimore County, my story begins.

Located in the Chadwick Manor neighborhood of Baltimore. Close to Social Security, the mall and Martin's West. Three bedrooms and a buddy type bathroom. There is one tub and shower and two "potties" and two sinks. There is a door from the hall to be used as a guest bath and an entrance from the master bedroom. All one level NO STEPS!
