home gyms: Do You Work Out Of Your Home

More and more people are using home gyms. Since many can no longer go safely to their health clubs, they make space where they live. It is a priority for buyers to have this type of space available when searching for new properties. Look around where you can put that yoga mat, that stairclimber or pilates reformer? One of my clients has turned his lower level into a gym. Check out these photos.

Having been inside for the last six months, many people I speak to are looking at bigger homes and bigger spaces inside. Is there a basement that they can custom finish. Is there space for that movie theater or other things that may not have been considered a luxury. They are looking for a home full of comfort. Find out what they like to do.
