You have to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best..it can't be the other way around. When taking a listing, sellers need to be prepared for the various stages of the transaction. The house has to be assessed for repairs, upgrades and unnecessary items removed. It has to be ready for showing. Counseling needs to be done at this time regarding the stress of the move.
