Had an out of town buyer, a former nurse, call this week. This buyer was very excited about a home she saw on line. In her words, it was perfect and she wanted to see it ASAP. If it was to be the right house, she did not want to take a chance of losing it. A cash buyer, verified funds in hand, and she is ready to move now. I set a tentative appointment but asked her to please drive by the house first. Even though this buyer was financially qualified, she had not qualified the neighborhood.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love the color brown. Maybe that's why chocolate is such a favorite of mine! I once owned a brown Porsche 944 that showed up in a blog about what's in a number?
