Buyers know what they do and do not like. This has been proven over and over when selling unique properties.
Recently read that buyers know within the first 8 seconds whether they like or dislike a house.
Thinking about the likes, dislikes, and quirks of various properties, I started making a list.
-Cemetery... Some would not live on a street where there were graves. Some people, like writers and artists, have no hesitation. -House on the railroad tracks.
