martins west: 33rd GBBR Realtor® Fair

Yesterday you could find me at the GBBR Fair at Martin's West. It is always fun meeting a lot of agents, lenders, home inspectors, brokers, vendors, and professional friends made over many years. I also was able to enjoy the trade show and snack on the bounty of delicious foods over the day.
And the bonus was getting in the three classes checked above!

This was the 33rd Annual GBBR Realtor® Fair Thanks to everyone who made this event such a success!
Located in the Chadwick Manor neighborhood of Baltimore. Close to Social Security, the mall and Martin's West. Three bedrooms and a buddy type bathroom. There is one tub and shower and two "potties" and two sinks. There is a door from the hall to be used as a guest bath and an entrance from the master bedroom. All one level NO STEPS!

Greater Baltimore Board Of Realtors® is celebrating 160 years! The annual Realtor Fair is Thursday, October 18th! Martins West 6817 Dogwood Rd. Baltimore, Md 21244 and it is very close to my new listing.
Enjoy a full day of Continuing Education classes, seminars, lots of food and the trade show. What a great way to meet your vendors and colleagues. If you are a GBBR member you can see the schedule Check out all the classes.

Every year I go to the GBBR Realtor® Fair and this year was no exception. This time I did a day full of classes as you can see by the photo below.
Four courses but still had just enough time to meet up with some new and old friends. Met a couple of home inspectors, attorneys, REALTORS®, colleagues from my former company and a delightful mother daughter team. The mom was an appraiser and broker, the daughter was a lawyer and real estate agent. There was a photographer who was a Realtor® and an inspector who was an architect. The classes … (8 comments)
Enjoyed being able to see a lot of Baltimore professionals and took two 3 hour CE classes. One on Broker Supervision, given by the MREC and Kathie Connelly. The other class was on Agency. Both were well attended and well presented. Met my friend and ActiveRain member Cheryl Ritchie in the Agency Residential class. Excellent instructor, Bob Flynn, who made the three hour session go quickly while holding the audience's attention.

The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® Fair was today at Martin's West. Just look at the menu of courses we had available and check out some of the tasty treats later in the afternoon.
Sorry but I forgot to photograph the lunch goodies...too busy finishing a Broker Supervision class and catching up with friends and colleagues.

Martin's West ...GBBR Realtor Fair. GBBR REALTOR Fair in Baltimore Thursday October 21st! I took two really good classes that are highlighted in the program book. Bob Kimball and Tom Drechsler were the instructors..both outstanding speakers since the subjects are not known for being especially exciting.
