It is a good idea when a phone call ends that you be the last to hang up. Amazing what you can learn when the other person "thinks" they ended the call! We all have some of those stories. There have been conversations that were quite beneficial when in the middle of negotiating. There have been comments made "under the breath." Once out, those words cannot be retrieved.
