I am working with a special couple in Baltimore. They married a few years ago after divorces and grown kids. They are happy together, have been renting a house but want home ownership again. Due to circumstances they need owner financing.
They can easily afford a mortgage and are able to put up to 20% down for a 10 year note. They have excellent rental history.
