Three weeks ago this perfect Penthouse Condo was photographed,
blogged, advertised, listed, mentioned on my Sunday radio show.
A Virtual Tour makes it easy to show out of town buyers and a convenient way to showcase a new listing.
A neighbor told her best friends about the condo. We showed it, again on Thursday afternoon. The potential buyers asked to "sleep on it" and would give an answer the next day.
There was no sleeping, the call came in late Thursday evening:
"We want to make an offer. We love it!"

Today was a little different. There was a very smooth closing but there was not
MY USUAL TOO LATE SIGN.
There are two reasons.
Number one, it is a condo so no signage allowed. Number two, it was not my listing and I was working for the buyer.
As a lisitng Broker/Realtor® it is a change to put on that other hat and be a true buyer's agent.
It is so important to know who you are working for.
These very special buyers were previous sellers.
Liked the role reversal.
