While speaking to a member this week, they shared their desire to get back to blogging. Their last post, almost 3 months ago, was well written with lots of good information, good eye candy and quite professional. So I asked why haven't you written lately? Their response was interesting ... "I'm too much of perfectionist to put that kind of time in." We talked about what she wanted to accomplish.. her own blog in her own voice.
Each blog does not have to be a Pulitzer Prize master piece. We are real estate professionals not professional bloggers.

Many of us write a blog each day. But there are occasions we run out of time, get too busy, have family/ social obligations...maybe even have a life. For these times a photo might be just enough for your daily posting.
Always keep a camera handy...no longer a problem as long as you have a phone. No more excuses..like...I forgot my camera. Here's the hardest part. Remember to use it often during the day!
When you reach those days that a blog might be too time consuming...just take a look at your recent pictures. Most things that were worthy of your time and camera lens can be made (11 comments)
There is no time to write a blog post tonight so I am doing what William Johnson shared with me a few years ago. He called it a photo blog. And that is just what I am doing tonight. Checked my iPhone camera just now and this is a picture I took today. It was in an animal hospital's window. Thought you might enjoy it.
So many times the question comes up...what to blog? Fun posts, using pictures, can be interesting. There are so many things that happen during our busy real estate days. If you keep alert and use your camera, there is no shortage of subjects. To prove this point I checked my iPhone this evening and came across a few cute signs taken inside various properties.
Believe me, I have many more. So I took five photos and quickly made this collage.
Notice a couple were taken in a laundry room. Love seeing the personality in homes.

A call from a previous seller, suggested I meet with a friend who is a very talented photographer and maybe I could introduce him to the world of real estate. Being a spur of the moment planner...I made the call and suggested we meet in an hour at Starbucks. It happened to be convenient to his photo shoot.
