Today we had a very smooth settlement that was done with perfection. We had an efficient coop agent, wonderful appreciative buyers and a very professional title company.

For me...the more unique the property..the more exciting.
Buyers may not be able to describe the home they are looking for but they absolutely know when they find it. Unique homes tend to be on the market longer. They are waiting for the right buyer. We have a ratified contract on this 4 bedroom, 4 level spit in the Willow Glenn area of Pikesville 21208.
We have a lovely buyer's agent, and all of us are excited for my sellers and this happy first time buyer.
