It may be time to move, but where? There is a shortage of condos in Baltimore with first-floor bedrooms, laundry, and garages. And we don't have any of the new planned 55 plus communities. For this type of living, owners are moving to other states. Many are looking for a more manageable lifestyle when they give up their family home.
