These details make me love contemporary architecture.
This is the best looking decking I have seen. Clean contemporary lines weather with little or no maintenance or you can oil or stain to suit your taste. I love the the grayed look of the IPE but when you put water on this deck, you see all the texture of the hard wood. Do you know about IPE
The decking is just as pretty, underneath, as above. There are no nails or screws holding this together giving a smooth surface comfortable to walk on and perfect around the pool. Still teasing with my new "coming soon" contemporary.
It has been a long winter but there are three other seasons in the Baltimore area. This home will be on the market shortly and I want to share a couple of photos with you.
