If you've been a blogging member for a while, you can read and "hear" the voices come through. You can recognize the writing pretty much as you can identify a person when you hear them speak. Homeowners are having second thoughts about listing because they cannot find a place to go. Consumers are looking for larger spaces since so much more time is being spent at home. Priorities right now are separate home offices with privacy and soundproofing for video conferencing. They are looking for more luxury and necessities. Home gyms are in demand along with pools, gourmet kitchens, and places to stay in, live in, and still have space for family entertaining. Homes are doing more than double duty.
