Who’s Watching? Who’s Listening There may be a camera or audio system set up to monitor activity inside when showing a house. When getting a listing signed in Maryland, the seller must disclose home security systems that record audio. But whether there is or is not this type of system, it is a good idea to show a house as though you were on camera.
