Recently asked how I would describe my Real Estate Business, I told them how long I had been a Realtor® since 1990, what my previous careers were, a Pediatric Head Nurse, and a porcelain/ceramic artist. I also shared my daily blogging and ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE, my weekly live radio show.

When talking to a potential seller on a listing appointment, one of the things we talk about is the stress of moving. Yes, there is always stress. Ask anyone who has ever moved from one place to another. Are you 100% sure you want to move? I ask this question in the beginning upfront! Some respond with, why are you here, if not to list my house?. And I share the fact that I Am Never Moving! Do you want to know why? Winding up the year, I just realized this is the last advertising for 2020. It's been a challenging but also a good productive year. I am very proud of the list of satisfied buyers and sellers who have trusted me to find their dream home. They have gone through the stress of packing and moving and are now making new memories. Hopefully, they are filling their new home with love!

My calendar is starting to fill up for May and July. What about June? I'm booking May for the first Tuesday or the second Thursday. And if the date needs to move, we just go to the next month...first Tuesday or second Thursday. Easy to make plans this way. Go ahead and fill that calendar...but always have a backup plan.
