Received a call from a friend and former Baltimore client who sold his home twenty years ago. When visiting this couple many years ago... they knew it was my favorite kind of house to sell. It was a wonderful big old house. Since they are both artists... this home is funky, unique and loaded with personality. It was not your typical cookie cutter home.
This house has been on the market with several different real estate companies and has had less than a handful of showings. He asked why is his home not sold? My question: What did your agents say?
