It is only Tuesday but it a wonderfully busy week so far. Was able to get my weekly proof done in the middle of the night.
As you can see there are a few of my properties that are Too Late, a few that are Sold, a couple of New Listings and even one that is Coming Soon.
Now is a good time to sell!

August has been a wonderfully busy month. As you can see below there have been several properties with a "too late" banner and a couple with a "sold" banner.
I have gotten calls on my Too Late signs asking what does that mean.
I thought it was pretty self explanatory...but not to everyone.
Let me explain.
When you see a TOO LATE on one of my signs or in print like above, it means the property is under contract, no longer being shown.
When you see a SOLD banner like above, the property has been to final closing and the new buyer has possession... … (8 comments)

Advertising Is More Than an Ad?
Advertising is more than an ad when it shows my listings with addresses and prices, when it shows my Too Lates and my Solds and when it announces my weekly radio show All About Real Estate.
Advertising is more than and ad when it shows my Saturday morning Open House, touts my book Real Estate The Rome Way, shows the qualified buyers that I am working with and gives my phone number more times than I can count.

Using Too Late and Sold ... Advertising the Rome Way When my listings go under contract, I like to use the term Too Late on my sign rider.
When doing my ads I take a thick marker and write Too Late or Sold and put a copy in the file . There is a cool marker like app on my iPad that allows me to write these words in my own writing style. I then take a screen shot and save a photo of these handwritten words.
