LENDER The lender keeps us informed when the application is complete, when they ordered the appraisal, any needed items, and any possible chance of delay or change in closing.

This week, I have received many texts, emails, cards, letters and phone calls from wonderful friends and clients. Of all the messages, the one below is my favorite:

This past year, we have had the pleasure of experiencing your existence. Whether you have entered our lives for an hour, a day or 10 years, everyone has a reason. And it's not about the hours you spend with us but the value you add to our lives.

There is a simple way to stay in touch with your past clients at the end of the year. Just pick up the phone and ask if they need any of their closing papers. Yes.. I do know they received them at the settlement but they may not remember or cannot find them. You can offer to email them, text them, fax them, send a CD or put them in the snail mail. They might want you to send them to their accountant.
It really doesn't matter how. Even if they have them at their finger tips it is a way to show (12 comments)
