When does a ONE hour impromptu open house go for almost FOUR hours?
It's when you take a well priced home and the first day it hits the market, you have a scheduled showing. You take that showing and turn it into an open house. Put it in the MLS and announce the open on the radio show. The open is 4:30-5:30.
You don't leave because the hour is up...you wait until the showings are done. And that's how you wind up with an open house that is way longer than your planned one hour. I'd call that a success! But the real success is to (5 comments)
