My radio show is called ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE, and it is. But yesterday, I had a different kind of show. It was about real people and a real deal and was very well received—more calls, texts, messages, and emails after the show than ever. People like real stories about real people, and that is what real estate is all about.

Tomorrow, Sunday, my guests for the radio show are Mike and Mary Pallin. You've all heard me talk about how I have followed Floyd Wickman for over two decades.
Michael was Floyd's first trainer, his creative director and now the owner of Floyd Wickman Team.
Mary has been Floyd's top trainer for over ten years and is also the wife and partner of Michael. They are terrific together!

Recently was on a conference call with Floyd Wickman's team and many of the past recipients of the Get By Giving Award.
Afterward, I was reminiscing.
In 1998 I'd been lucky enough to have taken Sweat Hogs, met Gary Sisson, Mike, Mary, and of course, Floyd Wickman!
Lee and I had invited Mike Pallin to dinner the evening before the Master Sales Academy in Atlantic City. Mike was a bit on edge, which I attributed to the stress of the MSA. It was a perfect weekend getaway, just what I needed in the middle of an incredibly busy time. I had a great day! While having lunch with Kim Jones last week (she was Maryland Association of Realtors® Rookie of the Year), I noticed she was carrying a SMART bag . That is Floyd Wickman's program, and anyone who knows me knows that I am one of Floyd's biggest fans. Heck in my book Real Estate the Rome Way, his name is indexed more than anyone else's, and the first blurb is from Mike Pallin.
