Can You Wait Until Spring to Move Into This Beauty? I have a signed listing but the sellers do not want to start marketing until next spring. Do I do a teaser ad? Do I put it in the MLS but state a delayed closing? Do I put a sign up that says "coming soon"? Do I announce it on my Sunday radio show? What would you do?
