It has been a wonderfully busy week with showings, offers, new listing appointments, answering buyer and seller questions, counseling, hand holding, talking a buyer out of a particular property, talking a seller into waiting to sell their home plus a very smooth settlement that I would like to share.
It was not my most unique home. It was not my most expensive listing. It was the most important home because it was yours! You've heard the phrase...the devil is in the details. My eyes were opened after many years in this wonderful business.
