Yesterday was so windy that I could not get the for sale sign hung on the installed post. It blew right out of my hands, and I went chasing it into the neighbor's yard.
That did not stop me from holding, not one but two, impromptu open houses, one in the early afternoon, the second later in the afternoon. So I improvised and put the signage in the front window of my new listing.
