We all schedule and set up appointments for the numerous tasks a busy Realtor® manages daily. We put our important dates in first, many written in stone...family and personal functions, settlements, vacations, well maybe not right now. Then everything else fits around your "big rocks." It is not necessary to let the world know what is going on in your life.

A few weeks ago I received a call from a seller whose home was listed. She wanted to know if I had any buyers for her mother's home. I quickly explained if I did, I would call her agent and make an appointment. I suggested she talk with her current agent. This past week I received this message from the same seller
'Margaret, Just wanted to let you know that we have reduced the price. We are ready to sell and neede an offer. The house is nice, but it's just in the wrong neighborhood. The court that my mom lives in has gone down hill. (16 comments)
