I recently went online with my listing presentation. I had my computer tethered so I could receive the internet anywhere. Then I added a viewer to my computer equipment and projected the listing presentation on the clients wall. I made this decision because so much of our presentation is about what we are doing technically and so many clients have become computer savy. When you tell a client that your google search for a particular City will show you in first place on the first page, that has to be an important part of your presentation. … (2 comments)
