YOU PICKED UP YOUR FIRST BUYER! Nice you should feel like a million bucks. Try not to meet your client at the first property. Do everything possible to get them to meet you at your office. Drive them in your car it is very important that you are able to drive in the same car with your clients. It is during the drives from house to house that they generally will engage in conversation and you can probe them for information. Yeah! You found your first open house. You are on your way. What's next? Here are some tips on ensuring you have a great open house. Ask the agent who you are doing the open house for if they can advertise it in the newspaper. Send out invitations to people in the area letting them know that you are having one and to come by and see the home. (Before sending invitations out check with your office for company policy).
