Price is the Easy Answer This post is inspired by the post If You Want to Get it Sold...Drop the Price! by Laura Stern. I do not disagree in the slightest. If you want to sell your home, price is often the easiest and most obvious answer. If you can drop the price to bare bottom and essentially give any buyer a deal, it will most likely get snapped up.
