Curb Appeal-The first impression is the most lasting impression a buyer will have of your home. That being said you must WOW them from the start. When a potential buyer pulls up or walks up to your home that is when you really have to impress them and here's how;
1. Remove the screens from your front windows and store them in the house or garage out of the way. From a distance screens make the windows look dirty and dingy.
2.Fresh caulk around the front door and windows.
3. Front door, windows and trim should be freshly painted.

I recently passed by a sign at Hillcrest Elementary School in Catonsville, Maryland and it read, "Property values are directly proportionate to school Quality". As a realtor I have found this to be very true. Today's young buyers rank "Quality of Life" as their number one goal when searching for a community to live and number one on that list is the quality of the school system.
