america: Senior Center for Lunch

Today I went to the Senior Center for lunch. We have a citizen's commitee formed to find new ways to help fund the money needed for a water project in Buhl. The city had been mandated to clean the aresenic out of our water. This project will cost every household $27.00 more on the water bill. Bringing the total bill to $130.00 per month. We are a small town of 5000 people and not large incomes. Our committee was speaking to the seniors on this project. It made me thing about America, I think we all need to speak up and fight … (8 comments)
