Have we become too busy or too focused on time management that we’ve eliminated one of the most important elements in creating a transaction and maintaining good representation? I’m talking about “face to face” communication. In this fast pace, overly competitive business that we have all chosen, conserving time is always a priority. If we can do something faster and still maintain an efficient outcome, we usually choose that path.
