It’s my opinion that when it comes to marketing, nothing is a waste, unless it’s been tested fairly and properly. There are methods that work better than other methods, but usually nothing is a waste. One of the comments on a post that I wrote mentioned that “just listed and just sold postcards are a waste.” Well, you know that would always trigger another post, right? Just listed postcards are a valuable entity to mail, especially in neighborhood areas. Neighbors want to know who the agents might be to call for their own real estate situations.
