Just a short while ago I represented a Buyer who wrote an accepted offer for a home NOT listed on MLS. The home had not been listed on MLS because of certain 'preferences' of the Seller. Whether or not that was the best decision for the Seller is the Seller's judgement, as I did not offer any age...
