Into every person's life a change is necessary. Who said that? I'm not sure but it is true, not easy, but true. I've severed ties with my former broker and I'm now associated or affiliated with Century 21 Americana.

"Go to the ant you lazy one and become wise", so said a proverb. We can take a lesson from the ants, what lesson did you ask? They are protectors, they are organized, cooperate with one another while working, help one another when tired, instinctively prepare for the future by gathering food at the right time, and they work day and night tirelessly even without supervision.
