Like many other areas around the Valley, Jefferson Oregon saw very few homes on acreage sell last month. So, we will talk about the homes that sold in town in February. Six homes sold last month in Jefferson, 3x's the number in January. So that is great news. They sold pretty quickly too, just 55 days from start to closing. Average price was over 101% of the asking price. And of course the current inventory of homes for sale in Jefferson is basically none existant, keeping the demand high.
