real estate photography: Ethical Photography - "Pro" vs "Amateur" agent who has a Camera - 03/14/13 08:24 AM

And... are doing a huge disservice to those who do utilize professional photography services or … (8 comments)

real estate photography: "Rethink" Professional Real Estate Photography - 02/25/13 05:21 AM

Professional photography is the cornerstone of nearly every magazine ad, mailer, branding campaign, website design, and more... in truth, thousands of other examples can be given. In real estate, today's buyers are demanding better quality and more photos to help them make a decision to visit your listing... and sellers are asking "Why is my agent showcasing my home with mediocre imaging?"(or worse... from a smart phone)

real estate photography: Okay, Okay... I'll list the prices on my site. (LOL) - 07/27/12 06:02 AM
Okay, by popular demand... we've posted the pricing to our site.
Over the last five years, we've done business completely on a referral basis and have fulfilled well over 1500 photography, video, and virtual tour orders completely on that basis.  However, now that we've grown significantly, we are finding that we spend about 30% of our time explaining our price structure to those who find us over the web. Here's the link: Pricing for Real Estate
It's not that we don't want to talk with anyone and explain what we do for them, it's simply that we are confident that we … (2 comments)
