occupied home staging: What a Difference a Consultation Makes - 08/07/08 12:11 AM
Recently two homeowners took my consultation report and followed it almost completely to the letter.  Betty Haneys's recent blog questioned whether sellers follow our suggestions so I though I'd share what happens when clients are motivated and equipped with a detailed staging report.  Sometimes all a home owner needs is a plan.

Yes, Stagers love a large budget—rental furniture and accessories selected just for that house but….There are clients who need our help and have no budget for staging and we can still improve the looks of their house with a change in furniture placement, clutter control and more lighting. Personally, I love that challenge and this house in Sussex County, NJ provided that.
