HouseHunt recently heard from Sherry Rogan, of The Rogan Team, the HouseHunt.com exclusive member agents for Boise, Idaho. She shared with us the local market in Boise is slow and steady: prices are down compared to last year, transaction numbers are nothing to write home about, and the market is very competitive with agents all trying to gain a foothold over the other.
