I saw a story today that made me chuckle, so I thought I'd pass it along. Not only did I think it was funny, I also thought that it spoke to a deeper truth about Real Estate, and to your outlook if you're listing a home in tough times. It goes like this: Two salespeople are sent to a remote part of Africa to open up new markets for a footwear company. A few days after their arrival, one salesperson said to the other, "Y'know what?
