If you're looking for something that looks like the Property Brothers just did a number on it, this isn't your house. But if you would apprecciate a restored home that has remained in style for over a hundred years, please drop by 1937 Biltmore Street NW on Sunday, December 10th from 1 to 4 pm.
We don't see homes like this every day. The original woodwork is still there - it's American Chestnut, now an extinct tree, and notbody has slapped white paint on it. The floors are old heart pine, not extinct, but beautiful nonetheless.
