georgetown house for sale: Listing Envy: 1510 26th Street NW

It seems like every Tuesday, there is one real stand out on our brokers' tour. This week's list included some really amazing homes, but 1510 26th Street took first place.
As I looked over the list to decide what to go see, this home peaked my interest because most of the houses on that block are really tiny - like 500 total square feet with maybe one bedroom that'll hold a twin bed. What, I asked myself, could be there worth even close to the $2,150,000 asking price of this home?
