Like many of you I have read articles about Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer’s decision to discontinue allowing work at home. As of June all employees must come to an office. Whatever you think about the decision one thing is very clear. Teams of employees need to be accountable for results. In the case of Yahoo, Mayer had discovered that employees were not being held accountable. How did she know?
