I am a member of the New York State Restaurant Association because I love restaurants. I used to be cheif HR officer for the largest chain of TGI Fridays as well as Wendy's. Yesterday I attended The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show at the Javits Center in New York. Of course all of the exhibits are great. I could not stay away from the food samples especially those at "Be Italian." There are also many educational sessions and this is why I go.
