As soon as I finish this post I am off the the Business Council of Westchester where we will board a bus to Albany, NY and the State Capitol. We will be meeting with members of the State Senate Delegation and the State Assembly Delegation. In addition, will be hearing a presentation from E. J. McMahon, President of the Empire Center for Public Policy. We also have a meeting scheduled with the Lt. Governor Kathleen hochul. We come armed with our legislative agenda to let Albany know that Westchester means business. We will end the day with dinner at the famous Jack's Oyster House … (33 comments)

The Branding Iron Restaurant in Peekskill New York is a great place to throw a party. My wife and I have known the owner, Tana McGuire for a number of years. She is the hostess with the mostest. Tana owned a restaurant in Briarcliff Manor New York and she hosted our weekly BNI meetings. She was also a great member.

The month of November is dedicated to local small businesses. It is important to understand that small businesses really drive our economy.
