There are many ways that include online and offline avenues..
First of all always be meeting new people and making friends .. simple enough :-)
Secondly "BRAND" yourself online to a specific area, niche, or expertise..
Examples of this would be San Diego, San Diego Golf Homes, or Golf Property Specialist..
Everything and I mean everything needs to look the same specifically your website, Facebook and Linkedin..

Building rapport and making friends isn't what you are there for..

You also meet with them to "GET PAID" for doing so..
Everyone is happy when both parties needs are met and it is a "WIN-WIN"..
Think about this for a second..
CHILDREN close all the time and they never give up :-)

Your closing ratio goes down drastically..
No matter what they come up with the question you should ask is "WHY"?

The answer to those two questions is NEVER!

1- Have a WOW factor. Grab ATTENTION fast (the first 5 seconds is critical) and with something that makes people stop in their tracks and watch.
